1. Make sure there is no voicemail on the old voice mail server using these instructions

Enter Mailbox Number
When your greeting answers Press *
Enter your access code
2. dial the following from the phone with the issue
#055 (extension number)
You should get a dial tone
hang up
light should go out
voice mail button should work correctly.
