When you switch from one phone model to another model on an existing phone.
Go into the Phone Server for the School
go to the phone number - change the device type to be the new model phone (ie. 6940) then go to
Device details and clear out the MAC Address
when you plug in the new phone it will says set pin ##89 then extension
it will match the extension with the new MAC address and automatically enter this into the system
