Google Classroom has changed the interface for reusing and creating new material for the classroom. Instead of seeing the the Google Drive icon, you'll see a paperclip. The functionality is the same, just click on the paperclip icon that says "Add" first and then you can select Google Drive, file, link, or YouTube.
