Sometimes it is necessary to reset Chrome settings back to the default settings to resolve issues with websites (Aspen, Pearson, etc).
- Open Chrome 'Settings' from the upper right hand side of Chrome under the three dots.
- Click on 'Advanced' to view additional settings and select 'Reset and clean up'
- Select 'Reset settings'
