If a staff member or student on chromebook needs support remotely, it can be done using Google Chrome Remote Desktop app.
Instructions:
- Have the user go to https://remotedesktop.google.com/support
- Select 'Remote Support'
- In the bottom right hand corner, install the app.
After the user installs the app, they will have the option to 'Generate Code' under the Get Support Section. The support staff will open the web site and under Give Support, enter the access code. The user will be prompted to allow support staff to remotely control their chromebook.
