If you would like to be able to quickly submit a ticket to the Walpole Public Schools Help Desk from your phone or tablet, follow these steps to install on an Android or Apple device. There are screenshots from an iPhone included.


Step 1: Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (depending on your device). Search for "Freshservice" and download the app.



Step 2: Open the app. Once opened, you will be prompted to enter the Help Desk URL. It is "walpolepublicschools.fresh.service.com"




Step 3: After you enter the Help Desk URL, you will login with your Walpole Public Schools credentials. These are the same credentials as your email. Click on "Log In Using Google Account" and you can login this way.



Step 4: Once logged in, you will see the Help Desk home screen with a variety of tickets. To input a new ticket, view the status of older tickets, or explore the Help Desk for solutions/ resources, simply click on the three horizontal lines in the top left portion of the screen.



Step 5: After you have clicked on the three lines, you will have a window pop up on the left hand side of your device. These are the areas that were mentioned in step 4. Happy Ticketing!
