Some staff members encountered an error trying to login to the school website. The error message that appears is below along with the solution from our website provider Intrado.

The page you requested may have been moved or is no longer available. Please try one of the following options:
- Check that the web address you entered is correct.
- Try to access the page directly from the home page, instead of using a bookmark. You will need to reset your bookmark if the page has been moved.
- Click on the Back button on your internet browser and try another link.
- Enter a few words about what you are looking for in the search box and click on the search button.
I contacted Website provider and they provide the following solution to this known issue.
We are aware of the issue and working to resolve it. In the mean time, users may use a different browser as a workaround or set the flags in Chrome as below:
Option 1: Use an alternate browser to Chrome
Option 2: Set the value of “*Cookies without SameSite must be secure”* to “Disabled” explicitly.
Enter chrome://flags into address bar in Chrome
Search “*Cookies without SameSite must be secure”* and set value of it to “Disabled”
Relaunch the browser and this issue should be fixed
