Reasons why students maybe unable to access an Edpuzzle video that has been created/posted using a Youtube version the video:

1. The teacher found a video on Youtube and grabbed the URL to add it to Edpuzzle.  The teacher must make sure that the video has been approved for WPS students to watch by clicking the Approve button located under the video in Youtube.  If the Edpuzzle video is already created and assigned, a teacher can still go click the Approve button to give students access!

2. If a teacher is using Screencastify to create and upload lesson videos to Youtube, they must have the privacy settings for the video set to PUBLIC (not Private or Unlisted.)  If the video is not set to Public, then video will not be accessible for students.

If the teacher had set the video to Private OR Unlisted when they published to Youtube through Screencastify, they will need to go edit the video settings in their Youtube account.  They can find the Edit Video button under the video on the video listing in their account. The setting needs to be changed to Public and also confirm the "Allow Embedding" is selected under Licensing and Distribution (Show More options) as that can impact access.  See screen shots below
