.  If you want to push them through yourself you can .  Just follow these steps:
click on the 3 dots 


then from this drop down menu - click on SETTINGS


then click on the ABOUT CHROME on the left hand side of the page

Then on the popup screen - click on Check for Updates - mine is up to date so it will not appear
