Deleting a Chrome Profile from a device, chromebook or PC or Mac, will NOT delete your Google account! As long as you are syncing your chrome profile, your bookmarks will be saved.
Step 1: Click on your profile image in the upper right hand side of your Chrome Browser.
Step 2: Click on the settings gear above.
Step 3: Select the profile you want to remove, and click on the 3 dots in the upper right hand side and select Delete.
