You need to change the settings by USER for RECEIPT Printing


Login into ASPEN

Click the down arrow next to your name 

Set preferences will appear

Click on Set preferences and the following box will appear.

SET PREFENCES on ASPEN

Click on Receipts TAB
the following will appear
Make sure that both the Print Attendance Receipts and Show Preview are Check off

then the Print Receipts function should work with your TSP 100 Star Printer
