There have been more student tickets from the middle schools recently about not being able to log into Aspen, but then I don't see a log of their invalid attempts on their user accounts. This makes me think a couple of things:
1) They're on the wrong district's Aspen URL. It should be https://ma-walpole.
Logging in on their Chromebook will take them to this URL automatically, so they should be encouraged to log in using their Chromebook.
2) They're using the wrong login ID. I'm wondering if they're typing their whole email address as their login ID because they're used to it. So, [email protected] instead of smithj29 as it should be.
