1. Press the Windows key + R at the same time
2. A run window will appear in the bottom left of the monitor/screen (image below)
3. Please copy and paste the following in the run box - \\wps-printers
If you know the exact name of the copier you can enter the name i.e. \\wps-printers\WHS Sped TOSHIBA 4508A
If not, enter \\wps-printers and a window in Windows file explorer (image below) will appear with all the printer and copiers in the district.
4. If you entered the exact printer or copier name in the previous step select enter and the installation will start, only taking a few seconds. If you have the window open in file explorer from entering just \\wps-printers, please double click the correct printer or copier and the installation will begin and then finish after a few seconds (depending on connection speed).
There is No Message that it is complete but if you get the following print queue box then it is complete
