When you use Zoom or Meet please make sure that your microphone and speaker choose the following - like picture below
Microphone =Microphone Array Intel Smart Sound
Speakers = Realtek Audio
In Meet it should look like below
DO NOT USE PUSH TO TALK - gets too confusing to be honest
