Option 1 - Google Translate for Google Slides


Please note, it is best to download your Google Docs as a PDF before translating. To translate documents in Google Translate:

  1. Go to Google Translate

  2. Click Documents

  3. Drag and Drop or Choose a file from your computer 
    Choose the Original document language on the left side and the Target document language on the right side


  4. Click Translate (which will appear once a file is chosen)


NOTE: If the presentation is large (more than 20 slides) it should be saved into multiple PDFs to translate. 



Option 2 - Canva to translate Google Slides


Please note, it is best to download your Google Slides as a PPT (Power Point format) to upload into Canva for translation.

Option 3 - Translate Canva Presentations

Open your design in Canva.  Click on Apps and then search for Translate.  Once you use the Translate app it will remain in your toolbar.
