Staff should avoid using online or youtube timer sites that have pop ups,  Instead

use either the timer on the Epson Projector Whiteboard or the timer widget on the Smartboard.

Epson Whiteboard Timer

In the Epson Toolbar (bottom left corner of screen) click on the 3 dots to open more tools and find the Timer. Set the timer and it will count down on screen and beep when time is up.

SMART Board Timer

On the home screen of the SMART Board, tap the toolbox icon to open the Tools and Utilities menu.  The Timer widge can be found in this menu.  Tap the Timer icon to launch the on screen timer.
