Step-by-step Calibration:
  1. Power on: your Epson BrightLink 1480Fi projector.
  2. Press the Menu button on the remote control to open the projector's settings.
  3. Select the Pen/Touch menu and press Enter.
  4. Select Auto Calibration and press Enter.
  5. Confirm the calibration screen: by adjusting the image focus if necessary and pressing Enter.
  6. Ensure the entire projected image area is free from any objects or obstructions.
  7. Select Yes to start the calibration.
  8. Wait for the projected pattern to disappear, indicating the calibration process is complete.

If Auto Calibration Isn't Accurate:
  • Manually Calibrate: If the cursor and pen position don't match after auto calibration, perform a manual calibration. In the same menu, select Manual Calibration and touch the centers of the flashing green circles that appear on the screen.
  • Check the Pen: Make sure the pen tip is secure.
  • Remove Obstructions: Ensure nothing is blocking the signal between the pen and the interactive receiver on the projector.
  • Check Connections: If using PC interactivity, ensure the USB cable is connected securely.
  • Reset Settings: If problems persist, reset the projector's keystone, Quick Corner, and Arc Correction settings to their factory defaults.
