After it has been verified with various parties that a student is to be withdrawn, here is how to withdraw the student:


1) Go to the student record, and click on the Membership side-tab:



2) It should take you to the Enrollment log.  Click on the button Options > Registration > Withdraw Student


3) This popup will come up.  I have also included an explanation below of what each of these fields are.  Please fill in "Sending/Receiving school info" to the best of your ability because it is helpful when it comes to state reporting.
