The first thing to check out if the student has a schedule.


1) In School view, go to the problem student and click into their record.


2) Then click on the Schedule side tab:


3) They should have a full schedule, like below.  


If there is completely blank with nothing in schedule, that is the problem:


3) Contact the school secretary and have them add the student's schedule.



NOTE:  If the student does have a schedule, but is still not showing up on Clever apps, check to see when the schedule was added. If they were added just the day, let the sync run overnight and the student will show up tomorrow. 


If they ask you to run a manual sync now, here's how.  In District view, go to the Tools top tab, then the Jobs side tab.  Click on the below job:


Then click Options > Run Now:


It's running. You can check on Clever Dashboard to see if it's running. The status will be in the green box:
