You can submit a Pando ticket.  Currently Lisa and Tom can submit Pando tickets, though I have requested for Ann to be set up with one too.  


1) After logging in, click on top tab Support.


2) Once there, to make a new ticket click Options > Add


3) After you fill in the mandatory fields, click "Save".  


3a) Upon saving, an ID number will be assigned to the ticket starting with the letter T.  When calling Aspen support, have the ticket ID# handy to tell them.  Also after you save, the "Escalate" button will ungray, and then you will click "Escalate".  The "Escalate" button is basically the submit button.
