A teacher has contacted you about forgetting to click the 'Post Grades' button before report cards were published, or (relatedly) maybe a parent is asking why their kid has blank grades in their report cards. The reason for the latter is the former.
This can usually be forwarded to the secretaries and principals to handle. But if they forget how, here's a refresher.
1) Have the teachers post the forgotten grades.
2) Have the principal run the report card for the students who need a revised report card. This republishes them.
