There are 2 things that you can do. Both are done in School view, Grades top tab, Grade Input side tab. They won't tell you if a course has not been graded, but will tell you if it has not been posted.
One is to run the Grade Post Verification report for Term 1. That will tell you if classes have not been posted. You can ignore the "Homeroom" class and the remote specials if the remote homeroom teacher entered those grades. "Homeroom" is not used for report cards.
The other thing that you can do is to post all classes for the whole school to make sure that all have been posted prior to running report cards. This won't tell you if any grades have not been entered, but will ensure that all entered grades are posted.
The only way to tell if individual grades has been missed is to run the report and eyeball it prior to publishing.
